Miami First Remodeling can design the bathroom of your dreams, from concept to completion, with a 3 step process:
1. First Contact
Give us a call to initiate a conversation. Our objective during our call is to understand what you are seeking to accomplish regarding your bathroom renovation project. Your input on what type style, color, materials quality, budget and timetable to complete the project will be discussed. Our consultation renovation expert will guide you through the process — if you don’t know what style, design, color, cabinets, the layout of the bathroom you seek, don’t worry, we will help you through this process.
2. On-site Consultation (Design & Selection)
When we see you in person, we bring with us material samples, design concepts, recommendations for color, texture, tub, shower, frameless shower enclosures, and faucets, and we bring with us examples of our work. We know from experience that different homeowners have different goals and want, therefore, we offer two types of an in-person consultation, which we offer during our initial phone consultation.

Your Choice – Keep it Simple
Many of our customers are professionals with a busy life, retired or business owners, and executives with limited time. We keep things simple and it works great for quick remodeling projects such as tub and shower remodels, countertop replacement, vanity replacement, painting, and other simple turns around projects. This is ideal for customers interested in sprucing up the bathroom(s) and getting things done.
Your Choice – Design First
When you seek extensive bathroom remodeling done, we highly recommend our “Design First” process. This eliminates communication issues by taking the time initially to review ideas, design what you are seeking, several visits to confirm design details. visits to the tile and vendor showrooms. In some cases, we may even infuse an interior designer to help complete the total design. We request a small design fee during this phase, which is credited back to you upon signing of the bathroom remodeling contract.
3. Contract, Ordering, & Construction
At this point, we have finalized all of the remodeling requirements, reviewed your design requirement is confirmed and that you are 100% satisfied to move forward with the bathroom remodeling project. We furnish you with our contractor agreement and collect a small deposit or provide a financing option with a payment plan. Additionally, you will be given Miami First Remodelingowner’s cell phone number, to give you confidence that the owner stands behind the workmanship and quality delivery of the project.
Now the planning and coordination start, and our team handles the entire process. We order materials and schedule our renovation team to plan for the work. We will coordinate dates and times and schedule all project details based on the type of project. Each project is different and different specialists are involved during different parts of the project. You can be sure our operations team will keep you informed throughout the project.
Our crew is punctual and courteous, our team respects your home, and furnishings and ensures that demolition and re-construction are done by placing drop cloths and plastic coverings. After each day of work, the crew cleans up and reviews the next steps with you, if you are on the premises. All project trash is disposed of off-site after hauling it away. After the project is completed, we take pictures and the final payment is collected upon successful completion.
