How we run
a project

Six stages, written into every contract. The PM doesn't move us forward until you sign off on the last one.

Stage 01
Week 1–2
Walk-through & brief
Gil or a senior PM meets you at the house. We measure, listen, and write down what you actually want.
Stage 02
Week 3–6
Design & fixed price
Drawings, samples, and a line-item budget. Two free revision rounds. You leave with a fixed price, not a range.
Stage 03
Week 7–10
Permitting & prep
We submit through the city. Materials are pre-ordered. You meet your PM and review the build calendar.
Stage 04
Month 3–7
Build
Daily site photos to your private portal. Weekly Friday walk-throughs. Change orders priced before they happen.
Stage 05
Final week
Punch & hand-off
We walk the punch list with you, fix everything on it, and hand you a binder of specs and warranties.
Stage 06
Day 365
One-year follow-up
We come back at the one-year mark. Adjust hinges, re-caulk grout joints, confirm everything still works as built.
